The Your Why Health Program
This is the opposite of a quick-fix program.
Time is a critical ingredient to sustainable, deeply rooted health. That’s why the Your Why Health program is a 1 year evidence-based process. It is created to slowly and sustainably nurture healthy habits into your life.
This includes building on the strengths and habits you already have— and “starting from scratch” where needed.
You meet one-on-one with me (Molly) for online check-ins every 1-2 weeks. Between the live check-ins, we use an online platform where you have 24-7 access to the individualized resources I send you, a tracker for your selected habits, and the ability to have a message-based conversation with me whenever you need.
The #1 priority is getting you the results you want while taking a safe, sustainable, and research-based approach.
You want to feel better.
You have tried some things to take care of your health in the past, but your old strategies aren’t working any more (or maybe they didn’t really work in the first place):
That meal plan felt too restrictive. Traditional exercise programs don’t always feel like a great fit with your class or work schedule.
Your body isn’t responding like it “should” or like it used too. You aren’t sure if it’s “the hormones” or what. Birth control, fertility treatments, perimenopause, menopause—is this just how it’s supposed to feel?
You hear about new things in nutrition and exercise, but you’re wary of wasting your time and energy on them because the industry is full of get-skinny-quick schemes that aren’t actually healthy (because thinness does not equate to health).
You need a health coach.
Someone who understands your body, your history, and your “why.”
Someone who will stay with you through the ups-and-downs of figuring out what works for you.
Someone who has the education, training, and research resources to maximize your time and energy.
Your Why Health coaching is…

Hi, I’m Molly!
I help women take meaningful, evidence-based action towards their unique health goals so they can feel better and move through their daily life with confidence.
I’m a Registered Health Coach HCA-RHC™ and Precision Nutrition Level 2 Certified Master Health Coach.
I’m an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer.
I am a certified, trauma-informed Yoga Instructor RYT 200 and TRX® Team Training Certified Coach
I have a Bachelors in Psychology from Marquette University and a Masters from the University of Oxford, with a research focus on women´s public health. My research was requested by Obama´s White House to inform nationwide policy.
I’ve experienced everything on the health spectrum from being a three-sport NCAA Division I athlete, to being hospitalized for two weeks, to my neighbor asking if I was pregnant (when I definitely wasn’t).
Not much surprises me. I love getting to know my clients and truly helping them.

A Note on Pronouns & Gender
All women, LGBTQIA2S+ people, and their allies are welcome here. I tend to use she/her pronouns and the term “women” when talking about my clients. This is a choice based on the identities of most of my clients. It is important to note that a binary system of gender is a social construct that is not inclusive of the wide range of human experiences. Gender identities may be fluid, and some people reject the idea of gender all together. I strive to be anti-oppressive in my health coaching practice and to not contribute to further harm. I am always open to feedback on how to do better. If you want to share any feedback, you can send it here.
